Liberty Departure
Liberty Departure is an interesting position within the N90 TRACON. In order to work Liberty Departure, you MUST be Departure certified at ALL N90 Facilities (EWR, JFK, and LGA).
1) Read and study the Liberty Departure/Catskill SOP
2) Learn the procedures contained in the Letters of Agreement applicable to Liberty Departure.
Catskill Approach
Catskill Approach is an Approach/Departure sector covering an area North of N90 TRACON. As Catskill Approach is both an Approach and Departure sector, you MUST have Approach Certification at EITHER EWR, JFK, LGA, or PHL.
